As a Global Project Manager II at Motorola Solutions, I manage up to 7 concurrent projects — new service introductions, product upgrades, and XaaS offerings — across a complex global portfolio. I've led cross-functional teams of 3 to 10 people, managed executive stakeholder communications, and built the critical path schedules that keep everything on track.

Before Motorola, I led a firm-wide Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration for a national law firm — on time, on budget, 100% completion. I've managed MemberPass implementations for credit unions, compliance programs for healthcare organizations, and projects across tech, legal, and healthcare.
